Assistant Professor Ji-Hyun H. Jang holds joint appointments in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Oncology at Western University. Her research focuses on gynecologic oncology and the development of targeted therapies for ovarian and endometrial cancers. She investigates the molecular mechanisms of chemoresistance and the role of immunotherapy in improving patient survival. Her mission is to advance cancer care for women through the study of tumor biology and clinical trial participation. Dr. Jang provides clinical teaching and supervision for oncology residents and fellows. She focuses on optimizing therapeutic strategies and improving the quality of life for patients with complex gynecologic malignancies.
