BIO

I am an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Education, at Western University, and the Coordinator of the EdD in the Field of Applied Behaviour Analysis program. I completed my PhD at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, in Psychology. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral and a Registered Behavior Analyst (Ont.).

I co-founded and am a co-facilitator of the Culturo-Behavior Science Innovation Network (CBSIN), and a board member for the ABAI Behaviorists for Social Responsibility SIG. I am also an Editorial Board Member for Behavior and Social Issues.

My research interests span behavior science, from the impact of language on social issues to pedagogical innovation, quantitative analysis of behavior, and health and well-being. I’m very interested in applying and examining emerging technologies and addressing pressing contemporary challenges through timely research; lately this has included a focus on social media and artificial intelligence.

I am always interested in collaborating and working with students and professionals with shared interests and aims.
