Dr. Ganesan contributes to the education of medical students, residents, and critical care trainees at Western University, with an emphasis on pediatric critical care and clinical neuroscience. His teaching includes structured instruction in patient monitoring and physiological waveform interpretation for junior pediatric residents, as well as the development of practical, evidence-based bedside tools and neurocritical care resources for learners and clinicians. He supervises undergraduate students through the Scholar's Elective Program and fourth-year honors thesis projects, and mentors graduate students at both the MSc and PhD levels in Neuroscience and Clinical Epidemiology. Across these roles, he supports trainees in clinical neurophysiology, quantitative and network neuroscience methods, and academic scholarship.
