Dr. Lindsay Bodell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Western University. Her research program is broadly focused on improving understanding of the psychological and biological drivers of eating disorders. Some of her recent research has focused on the neural reward systems and metabolic factors that contribute to the maintenance of binge eating and purging behaviors. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Florida State University and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in clinical psychology and supervises students in her Psychobiology of Eating and Related disorders (PEAR) laboratory.
