Research Activities
Description of research activities: My primary research interests involve the advancement of experimental pathology in preclinical research. Specifically, comprehensive multi-organ pathological assessment to account for the complexity of the body, which strengthens data integration and interpretation between in vivo and in vitrostudies. Current studies examine the safety and efficacy of therapeutics designed to prevent colonization of E. coli O157:H7 in pigs. Other areas include in vivo models for germ cell differentiation, rheumatoid arthritis, and placental insufficiency in humans.
