Dr. Mullowney completed her BSc (Hons) at Dalhousie University in Halifax followed by her MD at the University of Toronto in 2010. She did a four year residency in Paediatrics at The Hospital for Sick Children followed by fellowship in Paediatric Respiratory Medicine, which was completed in 2016.

Dr. Mullowney joined the Department of Paediatrics in the Division of Paediatric Respirology in Nov 2016. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. Her clinical and research interests include Cystic Fibrosis as well as Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia and academic pursuits focus on undergraduate medical education where she is the Co-Director of Paediatric Clerkship.
