BIO

Associate Professor Christopher Hall, Department of Mathematics, Western University, is an arithmetic geometer whose research centers on number theory, arithmetic geometry, graph theory, and cryptography. His work connects deep structural questions in pure mathematics with computational and security-oriented applications, giving his scholarship unusual range across theory and practice. His research mission is to understand arithmetic phenomena through geometric and algebraic methods while keeping an eye on broader mathematical utility. He also contributes to graduate teaching and academic leadership in the department.
