BIO
Having worked as a clinical dietitian at Sickkids, it is not surprising that my primary research interests are in factors that influence maternal and infant nutrition including: human milk consumption in premature and small for gestational age infants; dietary and supplement intakes of one carbon nutrients, like folate, vitamins B6 and B12 and choline; and exclusionary diet patterns like vegetarianism, veganism and gluten-free diets in both children and adults, especially during growth and reproduction.
