Assistant Professor Lene Kromann Stentoft, DAN Department of Management and Organizational Studies, Faculty of Social Science, Western University, researches Firm productivity, Firm performance, Innovation, Automation, and Worker Inequalities. Her work focuses on how technological and organizational change affects firms and workers, especially where productivity gains intersect with inequality and aging. She teaches Operations Management and brings an applied, data-driven perspective to student learning and supervision at Western University.
