Associate Professor Andrea Soddu is situated in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Western University. His research specializes in neuroscience imaging, consciousness, and medical physics, focusing on the use of functional MRI to assess brain activity in patients with disorders of consciousness. He works to develop data analysis techniques that can distinguish between different levels of neural connectivity and awareness. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Cagliari, he is a core member of the Western Institute for Neuroscience. He supervises graduate students in the field of brain imaging and is currently available for new research mentorship.
