Dr. Sara Kuruvilla, Department of Oncology, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, is a medical oncology faculty member who  specializes in liver cancer, head and neck cancer, window-of-opportunity trials, oncology education, and clinical research. A recent Western University recognition notes that her liver and head and neck cancer trial was selected by the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research Window-of-Opportunity Network. Her research mission is to bring innovative trial design into clinically relevant cancer treatment questions. She also serves as Co-Program Director for Undergraduate Medical Education in Medical Oncology.
