Associate Professor Manikandan Rajarathinam, Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, focuses his scholarship on pain medicine, chronic pain, stellate ganglion block, regional anesthesia, and pain education. He is Program Director of Pain Medicine Residency and he publishes on interventional pain topics and broader applications of regional techniques. His research mission is to improve pain care through evidence-based interventional approaches and specialist training. He also leads one of Western University’s pain medicine education programs.
