Professor Matthew Hebb serves in the Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences at Western University. His research program integrates neuro-oncology, brain tumors, and neuromodulation to develop novel treatments for malignant gliomas. He specifically investigates the use of electric field therapies and advanced surgical techniques to improve patient survival and quality of life. Holding both a Medical Degree and a Doctor of Philosophy from Dalhousie University, he is cross-appointed to the Department of Oncology. He is a member of the Western Institute for Neuroscience and supervises graduate researchers in clinical neuroscience and surgical technology, currently welcoming inquiries from prospective students.
