Associate Professor Sheri-Lynn L. C. Kane serves in the Department of Medicine at Western University. Her research focuses on geriatric medicine and the optimization of transitions in care for frail elderly patients. She investigates the impact of medical education on the delivery of geriatric-sensitive care and the development of inter-professional training models. His mission is to foster a healthcare workforce capable of meeting the complex needs of aging patients through evidence-based pedagogy. Dr. Kane provides clinical supervision and has held leadership roles as Associate Dean of Admissions. She is dedicated to improving the care of seniors through clinical scholarship.
