Associate Professor Ronit Lavi is a member of the Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at Western University. Her research focuses on pain management and the application of regional anesthesia in high-risk surgical patients. She investigates the efficacy of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and their impact on postoperative recovery and opioid consumption. Her mission is to advance perioperative care through the study of anesthetic pharmacology and clinical innovation. Dr. Lavi provides clinical supervision for anesthesia residents and fellows at London Health Sciences Centre. She is dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes through the development of personalized and evidence-based pain management strategies.
