Assistant Professor Katelyn Wood, Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, focuses her research on assessment, the use of technology in the classroom, teaching and learning in anatomy, anatomy education, and educational scholarship. Her work examines how learners engage with anatomical science and how technology can improve assessment and teaching practice. Her mission is to make anatomy education more effective, evidence-based, and responsive to contemporary learning environments. She also contributes to a department with an active graduate training culture in anatomy and cell biology at Western University.
