Assistant Professor Michael J. Thomson is a member of the Department of Psychiatry at Western University. His research focuses on adult psychiatry and the management of severe and persistent mental illness within community and hospital settings. He investigates the efficacy of integrated care models and pharmacological interventions in improving functional outcomes for patients with schizophrenia and mood disorders.
