Dr. Rubaiyyat's practice is broad in scope and includes ambulatory care, long term care, home visits, community  palliative care, women’s health, dementia care and diabetes care.

She is currently the physician lead for the Primary Care Memory Clinic at Byron Family Medical Centre. Dr. Rubaiyyat is also the Medical Director for Dearness long-term care and the physician lead for the Mini DM clinic at Byron FMC.
