Professor Els Peeters is a member of the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Western University. Her research portfolio includes astrochemistry, interstellar polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and spectroscopy, focusing on the chemical processes in star-forming regions. She concentrates on analyzing infrared observations to understand the physical and chemical evolution of the universe.
