Assistant Professor Timothy Nguyen, Department of Oncology, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, focuses his research on central nervous system tumors, oligometastatic disease, gastrointestinal malignancies, palliative radiotherapy, and spine stereotactic ablative radiotherapy. His work explores how highly targeted radiation can safely treat complex or widespread cancer, including technically ambitious treatment of multiple metastatic sites. His mission is to extend precision radiation oncology to patients with difficult disease while preserving quality of life. He also serves as a postgraduate medical education leader in radiation oncology at Western University.
