Associate Professor Roberta Berard conducts research in the Department of Paediatrics at Western University. Their scholarly work focuses on pediatric rheumatology, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, and clinical epidemiology, particularly the long-term outcomes for children with chronic inflammatory conditions. They investigate the effectiveness of biological therapies and the impact of disease activity on physical development.
