Associate Professor Benjamin Hill is a member of the Department of Philosophy at Western University. His extensive research portfolio includes early modern philosophy, history of philosophy, and philosophy of religion, focusing on the evolution of metaphysical concepts. He concentrates on the development of seventeenth-century thought and its impact on modern epistemological frameworks. A former President of the Atlantic Canada Seminar in Early Modern Philosophy, he holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Iowa. He is dedicated to supervising graduate students in the history of science and medicine and is currently available for new mentorship opportunities.
