BIO

Professor Douglas Naudie is situated in the Department of Surgery at Western University. His research specializes in hip and knee replacement, orthopedic biomechanics, and joint arthroplasty, focusing on the long-term performance of new implant materials. He works to clarify how patient activity levels and surgical techniques affect the wear and stability of prosthetic joints. Holding a Medical Degree from Western University and fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic, he is a member of the Bone and Joint Institute.
