Professor Wenqing He, Department of Statistical and Actuarial Sciences, Western University, leads research in multivariate lifetime data analysis, gene expression data analysis, analysis of longitudinal data, analysis of missing data, and biostatistics. His work develops statistical methods for complex biomedical and health-related data, with strong links to survival analysis and statistical learning. His research mission is to turn difficult real-world data problems into robust inferential tools that improve scientific understanding and evidence quality. He actively supervises doctoral and master’s students and earned his highest degree in Statistics from the University of Waterloo.
