Assistant Professor Andrew Leung is a researcher in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Western University. His primary investigative work centers on skull base surgery, medical imaging, and clinical outcomes for patients with complex head and neck tumors. He seeks to develop minimally invasive surgical techniques that preserve neural and vascular function during tumor resection. Holding a Doctor of Medicine and specialized training in surgical oncology, he is cross-appointed to the Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He supervises graduate students in the Bone and Joint Institute and is currently available for academic mentorship and doctoral student inquiries.
