Danielle Glista, PhD, Reg. CASLPO, is an Assistant Professor in the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders and an Associate Member of the National Centre for Audiology at Western University’s Faculty of Health Sciences. She is also the Director of the Connected Hearing Healthcare Lab. Her research focuses on technology-enabled hearing healthcare, including virtual care models, mobile health (mHealth) solutions, real-world outcome measurement, implementation science, and collaborative approaches to hearing health service delivery. Through partnerships with clinicians, patients, families, industry, and community organizations, her work aims to improve the accessibility, effectiveness, and sustainability of hearing healthcare across diverse clinical and community settings. Dr. Glista supervises graduate students in the Health and Rehabilitation Sciences program and leads interdisciplinary research initiatives to translate evidence into practice.
